WHY WE EXIST

The gap we kept seeing -

After more than a decade working inside humanitarian and development programs - WASH, education, climate resilience, financial inclusion, one pattern kept repeating: organisations weren't short on data. They were short on usable data. Siloed databases, inconsistent filing, manual reporting cycles, and dashboards nobody outside the M&E team could read. 

Vee & Eval was founded to close that gap, not by doing more M&E, but by diagnosing what the existing system is missing, and rebuilding the connective layer between data collection and real decisions. We use AI to move faster, but every diagnosis stays human-in-the-loop, because the questions that matter most in this work - what a community isn't saying, what a KIP is hiding, are ones a model can't ask on its own. 

The result is a practice built around one standard: evidence that's simple enough for a field officer to act on, and rigorous enough for an executive to defend to a donor.
